1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only within the United States.
2. Order Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
3. Domestic Shipping Times and Options
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3–6 business days.
- Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery in 1–3 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and shipping location.
4. Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: Available on orders with a basket total of $100 or more.
- Calculated Shipping Rates: Shipping fees for orders below $100 are based on the total weight of the items.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be generated. Customers will receive an email notification with the tracking details.
6. Lost or Damaged Items
We take care to ensure your order arrives safely. However, if an issue arises, here’s how we can help:

Damaged Items:
- Please inspect your package upon delivery.
- Report any damages within 3–7 business days of delivery by contacting us at bodymindceo@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the damage.
- Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Lost Packages:
- If your package hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, contact us. We’ll investigate the matter with the carrier.
- If confirmed lost, we’ll provide a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Limitations:
- We are not liable for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.
- If a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but cannot be located, customers should contact the carrier directly. While we may assist, the resolution is ultimately the carrier’s responsibility.
7. Order Modifications and Cancellations
- Customers may modify or cancel their order up to 15 minutes after placing it.
- Once this window has passed, orders are immediately processed, and changes cannot be made.
8. Returns for Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.
9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Not applicable at this time, as we only ship domestically.
